This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from RD1C.in.

1. Offline Operation & Confidentiality

RD1C is built as a strict offline-first utility. All your RD lot files and generated Excel and PDF reports are processed and stored locally on your computer. We do not transmit, analyze, or upload your IndiaPost RD files, client transaction data, or reports to external servers. Your agency's business data remains completely private to you.

2. Personal Information We Collect

When you make a purchase, we collect necessary billing details (Name, Agent ID, Email, Phone, and secure Payment details through our third-party payment gateway partner, Razorpay) strictly to generate your license key and transaction invoices.

3. Data Security

We protect your payment data using industry-standard SSL encryption protocols hosted directly by our payment gateway. We do not inspect or store credit/debit card numbers directly on our servers.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Because we offer a fully functional Free Trial for you to test RD1C on your own computer system prior to purchase, our refund policy is strict and clear.

1. General Policy

All sales of the RD1C Annual License Key are final. Once a key has been generated and delivered to your registered email address, we generally do not issue refunds. Licenses are strictly purchased per computer, not per user.

2. Technical Failures

We retain sole authority to make the final decision on any refund requests. Users must confirm compatibility with their system themselves using the Free Trial before making a purchase decision. If a technical failure occurs after a license is purchased (assuming the trial worked perfectly fine), changes in your local system environment are likely responsible, and there will be no refunds. We will, however, do our best to provide support via remote access to help resolve the issue.

3. Incorrect Machine ID Registration

Users should only purchase a license for the exact machine (computer) they are planning to use for their regular RD lot work. If you accidentally input or register a Machine ID for a different computer, and the license key has already been generated, there will be no refunds.

4. Free Trial Evaluation

We strongly encourage all users to download and fully evaluate the free trial version before purchasing to ensure complete compatibility with your Windows operating system and Microsoft Excel versions.

By downloading, installing, or using RD1C, these terms will automatically apply to you.

1. Permitted License Use

Upon purchasing the annual subscription, you are granted a single, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to execute and run the RD1C software on one specific computer hardware system. Licenses are explicitly sold per computer, not per user. The license cannot be transferred to another machine.

2. Prohibited Restrictions

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, share, or lease any part of our software utility. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying source code of the executable wrapper.

3. Limitation of Liability

The software is provided "as is". While we work to ensure outputs are perfectly formatted to match IndiaPost portal compliance, the user remains responsible for verifying the accuracy of the generated Excel sheets or PDF files before printing or official department submission.
